每期須報讀全部 4 堂。選擇課程及期別並提交資料後，會收到收件確認電郵。職員核實後另寄最終學費及發票，請待收到付款指示後才繳費。Each application covers all 4 lessons. Submit your chosen course and session to receive an acknowledgement. Staff will email the final fee and invoice after review; please wait for their payment instructions.

- 聖誕課程收生名額有限，先到先得。所有聖誕課程不設補課。除課程取消外，所繳學費恕不退回、順延或轉讓。Places are limited and applications are handled first come, first served. There are no make-up classes. Except when a course is cancelled, fees are not refundable, deferrable or transferable.
- 提交報名表後，本校會發送收件確認電郵。職員核實報名後，將另行電郵確認最終學費、發票及付款指示。請待收到該電郵後按指示付款；收件確認不代表學位或學費已獲確認。After submission, the school sends an acknowledgement email. Staff will review the application and email the final fee, invoice and payment instructions separately. Please wait for that email and follow its instructions. The acknowledgement does not confirm a place or the final fee.
- 幼兒最少三人成班，中小學最少二人成班。如無法開課，本校將於開課日期最少一週前通知。A minimum of three kindergarten students or two primary/secondary students is required. If a course cannot run, the school will notify families at least one week before its start date.
- 當天文台發出8號或以上颱風訊號，或黑色暴雨警告訊號時，所有課程會被取消，將不設補課及不另行通知。正在進行的課堂，家長可通知是否需提早離開，否則會如常上課。上述訊號除下的兩小時後，所有課程回復正常。所有因天氣影響的停課，不設補課、退款或順延。Classes are cancelled during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning, without separate notice or make-up classes. For ongoing lessons, parents may request early departure; otherwise lessons continue. Classes resume two hours after these warnings are lowered. Weather-related cancellations have no make-up classes, refunds or deferrals.
- 本校保留更改事宜的權利。如對課程有任何爭議，漢源保留最後決定權。中英文版本如有差異，概以中文版本為準。「漢源」包括漢源培優教育中心、漢源教育中心及漢源中文培優教育中心。Han Yuan reserves the right to amend arrangements and make the final decision in a course dispute. The Chinese version prevails in a discrepancy. Han Yuan includes Han Yuan Elite Education Center, Han Yuan Education Center and Han Yuan Chinese Elite Education Center.
- 所提供的個人資料只用於本校課程報名事宜。如欲更改或查詢已提交的資料，請與本校接待處聯絡。Personal information is used only for course applications. Contact reception to review or amend submitted information.
提交後先收到收件確認電郵；職員核實後另寄最終學費、發票及付款指示，並確認學位及開班安排。You will receive an acknowledgement first. Staff will review your application, then email the final fee, invoice and payment instructions and confirm places and class arrangements.
